Valerie Folz manages the flat for us in London. She works closely with our cleaners to ensure the flat is maintained to a high standard and always immaculate. She lives locally and also knows the local area inside out as she has lived around the Queens Park area for 15 years. And she's a French speaker which helps with our many Francophone guests.
